Suspending and resuming Microsoft Fabric capacities with Azure CLI

The Microsoft Fabric Azure CLI extension can be quite helpful when managing capacities. I always resume and suspend Fabric capacities in my subscription to save costs, and with Azure CLI, it can be a simple shell alias to ensure that all capacities are suspended when the work is done.
